Elderly Assistance Program
The Elderly Assistance Program helps eligible elderly (60 years of age or older) households with medications or groceries up to $50 noted on referral form, and/or build/repair home wheelchair ramp.
Who Can Apply
To qualify for assistance, you must meet the program’s household income requirements. (Please note the chart below)

In addition to meeting income requirements, you must also provide picture identification for the head of household, proof of income for all household members, verification of zero income for ages 18 and older, Social Security cards for ALL household members, and proof of residence to the CSP office to receive assistance.​
