Housing
CSP provides various Housing programs to help working families secure decent, safe, and affordable housing, as well as services like the Weatherization Assistance Program and Financial Capabilities Program.

CSP Rentals
Innovative programs are increasingly necessary to provide working families the opportunity to obtain decent, safe and affordable housing. Since its community development efforts began, CSP has led an effort to resolve inadequate housing stock in Tuscaloosa and a number of rural communities. Family oriented apartment communities and opportunities for home ownership are important components of a stable community.

Financial Capabilities
The purpose of financial capability programs is to help participants reach their financial goals specific to housing and build their financial well-being through improved credit, debt, and savings. Financial capability is the capacity, based on knowledge, skills, and access to manage financial resources prudently and effectively.
